Deep tissue massage

Involves applying varying levels of pressure using slow deep strokes targeting the inner layers of muscle and connecting tissues. This massage will focus on specific problematic areas agreed with the client.
Leg massage with soothing foot massage and soak

Ideal treatment after cycling, hiking or skiing, to relieve tired and aching muscles and aid quick recovery.
Indian head massage

Relieves aches and pains in upper back and shoulders. Stimulates flow of blood to upper body, relieving headaches, with potential to help clients sleep better. Can help with management of migraines.
Swedish massage

A light or deep pressure massage involving long gliding strokes. Used to increase bloodflow, reduce stress in the body and increase flexibility. This massage focuses on back, shoulders and legs.

Packages 2021-22
Option 1: Cycle up the 3km climb to the mountain hut massage studio where there will be: Freshly squeezed juice served infront on Mont Blanc views, 45 min massage, plus sauna available afterwards. Ideal for 2 people.
80 Euros per person (up to groups of 4)
Option 2: Hike up the hill and have a 45 minute leg and foot massage and soak, followed by sauna. Ends with fresh juice drink infront of views of Mont Blanc.

Discounts of up to 20% can be offered for block bookings and regular customers.
Chalet visits are also possible for group bookings for massages only – bookings need to be 10 days in advance.
